My DI Community Now Available to EMEA, LATAM and APAC Customers

Dec. 5, 2025— We are excited to announce that My DI Community is now available to all DI customers internationally. For customers in our EMEA, LATAM and APAC regions, My DI Community replaces the Customer Web Portal (CWP), becoming the single destination for all Data Innovations support needs.

With My DI Community, all DI customers worldwide can now:

  • Create and manage Customer Support tickets and requests
  • Search for and download instrument drivers
  • Locate and download all Data Innovations software, product documentation, and language locales

A few reminders to ensure a seamless transition:

  • EMEA, LATAM and APAC customers should have received an activation email from Salesforce.com with simple instructions to activate and access My DI Community. Use this email to set your password and log in.
  • If the activation email is not in your inbox, please check your spam/junk folder (and, consider alerting your IT team to add salesforce.com and force.com to your “allowed domain” list)
  • If you misplace or do not receive your activation email, please contact Data Innovations Customer Support for your region.

We’re pleased to offer multilingual support—Quick Start Guides and announcements in My DI Community are available in French, Portuguese, and Spanish (as well as English).

Additionally, cases submitted through My DI Community will now be routed directly to each customer’s regional DI Customer Support representative, providing faster and more personalized assistance via DI’s upgraded Salesforce Service Cloud platform.
